Wisconsin Winlink 2000 Digital NET - Meets Tuesdays at 9pm WI Winlink Digital NET Procedures Your local Winlink Telpac node is W9DK-10 on 145.610 MHz The Manitowoc County ARES/RACES group is in the process of implementing Winlink2000 in the area. The system is currently in “testing” mode. If you have any questions or would like to be involved with the testing please contact KC9JGE for further information or setup instructions.
